Human Resources Staff
Hillcroft’s Human Resources department represents over 55 years of experience in hiring, training and supporting employees. Our Human Resources staff are passionate about providing employees with the support to succeed and grow at Hillcroft.

Steve Donnellan, is the Professional Development Coordinator for the staff at Hillcroft Services. Steve has a BA from the University of Northern Iowa. Before joining Hillcroft Steve spent over 22 years in Personnel and Operations with J C Penny company. He also has 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience. Steve is a certified facilitator for the Franklin Covey program “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”.

As the Professional Development Coordinator Steve’s responsibilities include determining, developing and applying curriculum in compliance with all regulatory standards. He also conducts the orientation for all new agency staff. Steve is passionate about helping make sure that our new employees feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Making sure they have an understanding of the agency and their reasonability in caring out our mission is critical to the support of our clients. Steve is also excited that we are now using web based on-line learning specifically designed for the continued development of our Direct Support Professional.
