Title: ABA Therapist
Employment Type: Non-Exempt
Function: To provide direct individual and group therapy sessions based goals established in treatment plan. Complete daily and weekly program documentation and maintain child’s program book. Must be able to physically manage children with autism spectrum disorders. This includes but is not limited to the provision of therapy while on the floor, running after children, actively playing with the children and dealing with aggressive behaviors.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in special education, education, psychology, social work or related field required
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or in the provision of ABA therapy preferred but not required.

Title: BCBA
Employment Type: Exempt
Department: ABA
Function: To provide clinical supervision and management of behavior intervention programs and treatment plans for children served the ABA Clinic.


  • Master’s Degree in psychology, special education, ABA or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience with habilitation, ABA or other related therapies.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism and/or developmentally disabled.

Title: Behavior Specialist

  • Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or another Applied health service area of psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or Counseling and/or be a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
  • To maintain approval as a Behavior Support Services provider the provider must obtain annually at least CEU’s related to the practice of behavior support services.

Function: Responsible for sweep, vacuums, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaner and scrubbing and buffing machines. Ability to lift 50# minimum with occasional lifting of heavier items and to stand for long period of time.

Function: Responsible for implement daily instructional experiences for clients based upon the Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals. Follow and implement the components of the Day Services curriculum. Coordinate and develop community- based and/or facility-based learning or social experiences.


  • High School Diploma/GED plus: One year work (either paid or documented volunteer experience) in service delivery to individuals who are developmentally disabled.

Title: Music Therapist

Function: Responsible to provide Music therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting in accordance with the individual’s ISP.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Music Therapy – required
  • Must have MT-BC credentials, having completed (or is eligible to sit for ) the Music Therapy Board Certification Examination – required
  • Must maintain MT-BC Certification in compliance with Certification Board for Must Therapists. Function: The Residential  provides care, supervision, skills training, direct support, instruction and assistance to persons living in Hillcroft Services residential programs.


  • Must hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Previous paid or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Hold a valid Indiana driver’s license with an insurable driving record and proof of state required insurance on personal vehicle
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as necessary to support clients in accessing the community

Title: Rest Park/Custodial Assistant

  • Must be able to operate an industrial size sweeper, mop floor areas, operate buffer and empty large trash containers.
