Title: ABA Therapist
Employment Type: Non-Exempt
Function: To provide direct individual and group therapy sessions to children with autism based goals established in treatment plan. Complete daily and weekly program documentation and maintain child’s program book. Must be able to physically manage children with autism spectrum disorders. This includes but is not limited to the provision of therapy while on the floor, running after children, actively playing with the children and dealing with aggressive behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in special education, education, psychology, social work or related field required
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or in the provision of ABA therapy preferred but not required.

Title: BCBA
Employment Type: Exempt
Department: ABA
Function: To provide clinical supervision and management of behavior intervention programs and treatment plans for children with autism served by the ABA Clinic.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in psychology, special education, ABA or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience with habilitation, ABA or other related therapies.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism and/or developmentally disabled.

Title: Behavior Specialist
Employment Type: Exempt
Department: Therapy Services
Function: Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans. Train staff on Behavior Plans. Assist in crisis intervention

Qualification:

  • Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or another Applied health service area of psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or Counseling and/or be a LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
  • To maintain approval as a Behavior Support Services provider the provider must obtain annually at least CEU’s related to the practice of behavior support services.

Title: Employment Consultant – Part Time
Employment: Non Exempt
Department: Employment Services
Function: Responsible  for providing job development training, on-site training, follow-along and advocacy services.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED plus: Two year experience in this industry, workshops or a related business. Have computer skills for data entry, word processing and communication.

Title: Residential/Direct Support Professional
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Residential Services
Function: The Residential  provides care, supervision, skills training, direct support, instruction and assistance to persons living in Hillcroft Services residential programs.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Previous paid or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Hold a valid Indiana driver’s license with an insurable driving record and proof of state required insurance on personal vehicle
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as necessary to support clients in accessing the community
  • Have a telephone in residence and/or be available by cell phone

Title: Rest Park/Custodial Assistant
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Janitorial

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent–preferred
  • Adequate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a telephone in residence and/or be available by cell phone
  • Ability to independently get to work at a rural location reliably.
  • Ability to normally lift 50 pounds with occasional lifting of heavier items and to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, crawl, walk, reach, kneel when applicable to the environment.
  • Must be able to operate an industrial size sweeper, mop floor areas, operate buffer and empty large trash containers.

Title: Shipping and Inventory Clerk
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Hillcroft Industries

Function: Coordinate with Production Coordinator, DSP/HI, Shipping and Inventory Clerks at other facilities and Warehouse Coordinator to schedule contract work. Assist in maintaining inventory of parts as required by customer.

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving work.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information
  • Must have ability to lift fifty pounds
