Title: DSP/CU (Anderson, IN)

Function: Responsible to implement non-vocational related activities for adults with developmental disabilities. Coordinate and develop learning and/or social experiences.


  • One year work experience in service delivery to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to communicate adequately and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must be physically able to assist clients in transferring to and from wheelchairs, personal vehicles or agency vans as needed.

Title: Direct Support Professional/Residential (DSP)

Function: Provides care, supervision, skills training, direct support, instruction and assistance to persons living in Hillcroft Services residential programs.


  • Previous paid or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Hold a valid Indiana driver’s license with an insurable driving record and proof of state required insurance on personal vehicle.
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as necessary to support clients in accessing the community.
  • Have a telephone in residence and/or be available by cell phone.

Title: Staff Accountant

Function: Performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties including payroll. Requiring a working knowledge of accounting functions, accuracy, and attention to detail. Must work within established procedures and responsibilities but with relative independence and limited supervision.


  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field – required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in computerized bookkeeping: including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation – required.
  • In-depth experience/knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software.

Title: Employment Consultant

Function: The Employment Consultant is responsible for providing job development training, on-site training, integration support, follow-along and advocacy services for individuals as well as assist in developing employment opportunities.


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years full time experience in this industry, workshops or related business.
  • Must have ability to lift (25) pounds, occasionally
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information

Title: ABA Therapist

Function: Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions based on goals established in the treatment plan. Bachelor’s Degree in special education, education, psychology, social work or related field – required


  • HS Diploma with ability to acquire RBT certification during 90 day trial period. BS preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or in the provision of ABA therapy preferred but not required

Title:  Music Therapist

This is a very fun and rewarding position providing music therapy services to individuals with disabilities.

Function:  Responsible to provide music therapy to clients in a 1:1 or group setting. Must use music therapy process as described in the Board Certification Domains distributed by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT). Must also comply with the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA)


  • This position requires a Bachelor degree or higher in Music Therapy.
  • Must have MT-BC credentials or is eligible to sit for the Music Therapy Board Certification Exam.
  • Must be able to physically assist clients as needed, and free to travel from site to site as needed.


Title: Recreational Therapist

Function: Provide direct recreational therapy services in a small group or individual setting to enhance client’s daily activities. Recreational therapy services will address the physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs of individuals.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Recreation Therapy – required
  • Must have RT-BC credentials, having completed (or is eligible to sit for) the Recreational Therapy Board Certification Examination – required.
  • Must maintain RT-BC certification in compliance with Certification Board for Recreational Therapists.

Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Function: Is responsible for assisting the VP of Business Development in the implementation, oversight, and robust maintenance of Quality Management System that includes ISO 9001:2015 Requirement.


  • High school diploma or its equivalent plus 2 years full time experience in industry and/or workshops – required.
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving work – required.
  • Experience in quality related field that involved at least one of the following responsibilities: quality documentation and recordkeeping, gauging, sorting, inspection, or GR & R- Required.
  • Previous experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Shainin Quality Principles – Preferred.

Title: DSP/Hillcroft Industries


Responsible to implement production and non-work activities that will meet work services objectives of sheltered workers as identified in their plan.


  • High School Diploma / GED plus previous experience in an industrial setting and / or experience with handicapped population.

All positions require the ability to pass background checks, which includes BMV, County criminal history, Indiana limited State criminal history, CPS registry, National criminal history, pre-employment drug screening, CSOM screening and clearance from the State Nurse Aid Registry and the EPLS & OIG Medicaid Fraud registry.
