Title: Direct Support Professional/Residential (DSP) – Paid Training

Are you interested in working a 2nd or 3 shift? Are you available to work weekends?  Do you want to be a mentor in peoples lives?  You can help teach simple skills like cooking, cleaning as well as going out into the community.  You can go to parks, libraries, movies, out to eat, bowling and shopping.  You will  be challenged but this position can be very rewarding.

Although you should have good written and verbal skills, most documentation is computer based.  You may be required to physically assist clients in their environment or in going out in the community.  We will train you to drive vans.  This position does require a valid license and proof of auto insurance.

Title: ABA Therapist

Function: Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions based on goals established in the treatment plan. Bachelor’s Degree in special education, education, psychology, social work or related field – required


  • HS Diploma with ability to acquire RBT certification during 90 day trial period. BS preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or in the provision of ABA therapy preferred but not required

Title:  Music Therapist

This is a very fun and rewarding position providing music therapy services to individuals with disabilities.

Function:  Responsible to provide music therapy to clients in a 1:1 or group setting. Must use music therapy process as described in the Board Certification Domains distributed by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT). Must also comply with the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA)


  • This position requires a Bachelor degree or higher in Music Therapy.
  • Must have MT-BC credentials or is eligible to sit for the Music Therapy Board Certification Exam.
  • Must be able to physically assist clients as needed, and free to travel from site to site as needed.

Title: Recreational Therapist

Function: Provide direct recreational therapy services in a small group or individual setting to enhance client’s daily activities. Recreational therapy services will address the physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs of individuals.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Recreation Therapy – required
  • Must have RT-BC credentials, having completed (or is eligible to sit for) the Recreational Therapy Board Certification Examination – required.
  • Must maintain RT-BC certification in compliance with Certification Board for Recreational Therapists.

Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Function: Is responsible for assisting the VP of Business Development in the implementation, oversight, and robust maintenance of Quality Management System that includes ISO 9001:2015 Requirement.


  • High school diploma or its equivalent plus 2 years full time experience in industry and/or workshops – required.
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving work – required.
  • Experience in quality related field that involved at least one of the following responsibilities: quality documentation and recordkeeping, gauging, sorting, inspection, or GR & R- Required.
  • Previous experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Shainin Quality Principles – Preferred.

Title: Rest Park Supervisor – Greenfield, IN

Do you love to stop at a rest park that is sparking clean? If that’s import to you, would you like to supervise the other employees. Your responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; and being a problem solver.

Title: Greenfield Rest Area Attendant on I70 (Part Time)

Do you love to stop at a rest park that is sparking clean? If that’s important to you, we have a position for you! You would make sure the restrooms are clean, Sweep and disinfect floors. Also pick up litter around rest park.

Title: DSP/Residential Site Manager

The Residential Site Manager is responsible to the Residential QIDP/Program Manager for the supervision and training of residents participating in Hillcroft Services, Inc. supported living program. The Residential Site Manager is responsible for facilitating all facets of training, documentation and coordination of service delivery in the supported living home. This position will focus on life, leisure and academic skills training as dictated by each resident’s ISP/PCP.

All positions require the ability to pass background checks, which includes BMV, County criminal history, Indiana limited State criminal history, CPS registry, National criminal history, pre-employment drug screening, CSOM screening and clearance from the State Nurse Aid Registry and the EPLS & OIG Medicaid Fraud registry.
