Title: Direct Support Professional/Creativity Unlimited
Are you  looking for an opportunity to make an impressable impact on the life of others? Hillcroft clients are looking for a friend like you to pick them up and take them out for an hour or two. We love to go have coffee, watch movies, go to lunch or dinner, go shopping, go to the gym, or even visit friends. By applying you’ll gain a rewarding way to give back as well as give individuals opportunities to engage within their community. You’ll build friendships and  have teachable moments such as teaching social skills and appropriate social interactions

Title: Direct Support Professional/Home & Community (DSP) – Paid Training
Are you interested in working a 2nd or 3 shift? Are you available to work weekends?  Do you want to be a mentor in peoples lives?  You can help teach simple skills like cooking, cleaning as well as going out into the community.  You can go to parks, libraries, movies, out to eat, bowling and shopping.  You will  be challenged but this position can be very rewarding.

Although you should have good written and verbal skills, most documentation is computer based.  You may be required to physically assist clients in their environment or in going out in the community.  We will train you to drive vans.  This position does require a valid license and proof of auto insurance.

Title: ABA Therapist
Function: Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions based on goals established in the treatment plan. Bachelor’s Degree in special education, education, psychology, social work or related field – required

  • HS Diploma with ability to acquire RBT certification during 90 day trial period. BS preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or in the provision of ABA therapy preferred but not required

Title:  Music Therapist
This is a very fun and rewarding position providing music therapy services to individuals with disabilities.
Function:  Responsible to provide music therapy to clients in a 1:1 or group setting. Must use music therapy process as described in the Board Certification Domains distributed by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT). Must also comply with the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA)

  • This position requires a Bachelor degree or higher in Music Therapy.
  • Must have MT-BC credentials or is eligible to sit for the Music Therapy Board Certification Exam.
  • Must be able to physically assist clients as needed, and free to travel from site to site as needed.

Title: Recreational Therapist
Function: Provide direct recreational therapy services in a small group or individual setting to enhance client’s daily activities. Recreational therapy services will address the physical, emotional, cognitive and social needs of individuals.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Recreation Therapy – required
  • Must have RT-BC credentials, having completed (or is eligible to sit for) the Recreational Therapy Board Certification Examination – required.
  • Must maintain RT-BC certification in compliance with Certification Board for Recreational Therapists.

Title: Greenfield Rest Area Attendant on I70 (Part Time)
Do you love to stop at a rest park that is sparking clean? If that’s important to you, we have a position for you! You would make sure the restrooms are clean, Sweep and disinfect floors. Also pick up litter around rest park

Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Summary:  The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for assisting the VP of Business Development in the implementation, oversight, and robust maintenance of the Quality Management    System that includes ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Coordinate quality training for all production staff, including the daily quality training series for production meeting

  1. Collaborate with Shipping & Inventory Clerks to ensure quality system procedures are performed strictly according to the QMS procedures by continually monitoring production and quality processes and activities.
  2. Ensure timely maintenance and preservation of all quality documentation, including work instructions, quality alerts, work instructions training records, quality manual, ISO documentation, and HIQSPs.
  3. Assist the VP of Business Development in the creation and validation of work instructions.
  4. Train relevant staff on work instructions and quality alerts prior to commencement of production to reduce risks of defects and ensure customer specifications and expectations are fully satisfied.
  5. Assist VP of Business Development in utilizing 5-Why, Ishakawa Fishbone analysis,PDCA modeling, and other necessary tool for implementing corrective action and process changes.
  6. Coordinate all gauging and calibration activities, including the maintenance of all such records.
  7. Participate in process audits, annual internal audits, and assist in 3rd party auditing process.
  8. Participate in semi-audits Management Review activities with an active leadership role when necessary

Title: Material Handler
Responsible for distribution of products, their components, and tools to production areas. In addition, responsible for transporting materials to and from Hillcroft Industries when necessary, maintaining equipment, assisting with inventory, and assisting with the organization of the production areas and the warehouse.


  • high school diploma preferred, not required; must possess and maintain a For Hire Endorsement through the Indiana
  • Department of Motor Vehicles; previous paid experience driving at least a 2 ½ ton straight truck – preferred; previous
  • experience in material handling and/or shipping/receiving work – preferred

Title: Reliable Drivers for Muncie  

This position provides “door – to – door” passenger assistance to all riders.  Must be 21 years or older with a good driving record.  Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop as necessary to the environment and have the ability to lift 35 lbs occasionally.  Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.

All positions require the ability to pass background checks, which includes BMV, County criminal history, Indiana limited State criminal history, CPS registry, National criminal history, pre-employment drug screening, CSOM screening and clearance from the State Nurse Aid Registry and the EPLS & OIG Medicaid Fraud registry.
