Title: Residential/Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Residential Services
Function: Provides care, supervision, skills training, direct support, instruction and assistance to persons living in Hillcroft Services residential programs.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previous paid or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Hold a valid Indiana driver’s license with an insurable driving record and proof of state required insurance on personal vehicle.
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as necessary to support clients in accessing the community.
  • Have a telephone in residence and/or be available by cell phone.

Title: DSP/Residential Site Manager
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Residential
Function: Is responsible for facilitating all facets of training, documentation and coordination of service delivery in the supported living home. This position will focus on life, leisure and academic skills training as dictated by each resident’s ISP/PCP.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent – required
  • Previous experience with MR/ID population (may documented volunteer time)
  • Previous supervision experience preferred

Title: Residential QIDP
Employment: Non Exempt
Department: Residential
Function: The Residential QIDP is responsible for the implementation of active treatment, coordination of day treatment programs and supervision of assigned staff in Hillcroft’s ICF/ID facilities and to monitor all facets of the services and supports provided to assigned clients in the Supported Living Program.

Qualifications:

  • B. S. in Special Education, Education or related field – required.
  • One year of full-time paid responsible experience working in direct care programming for the developmentally disabled. Residential experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Title: Custodian
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Facilities
Function: Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines. Have ability to use ladders, dust and wash walls, cleans ceiling and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Must be able to lift #50 pounds

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diplomas or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 year experience in direct custodial duties – preferred

Title: Shipping and Inventory Clerk for New Castle, In
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Hillcroft Industries
Function: Coordinate with Production Coordinator, DSP/HI, Shipping and Inventory Clerks at other facilities and Warehouse Coordinator to schedule contract work. Assist in maintaining inventory of parts as required by customer.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving work – preferred

Title: Service Coordinator/Hillcroft Industries
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Hillcroft Industries
Function: Prepare, develop and assume responsibility for implementation of the client’s ISP/PCISP. Service coordinated program planning. This includes monitoring of services, integration and disseminating program plan information for all assigned and appropriate entities and any other persons connected in any way to the delivery of services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of two years full time paid responsible experience working in direct care programming for people with disabilities.
  • May substitute a four year degree for two years experience.

Title: Transportation Driver for Muncie, In
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Transportation
Function: The transportation Driver, as assigned, will provide safe reliable transportation services to our clients. The role of this position is to provide “Door to Dorr” Service

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have ability to lift (50) pounds

Title: ABA Therapist
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Hillcroft ABA Clinic
Function: To provide direct individual and group therapy sessions to children with autisms. This includes but is not limited to the provision of therapy while on the floor, running after children, actively playing with the children and dealing with aggressive behaviors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in special education, education, psychology, social work or related field required. Previous experience working with children with autism or in the provision of ABA therapy preferred.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information
