Debbie Bennett

Debbie Bennett is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Hillcroft Services. Debbie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ball State University. Debbie served as Hillcroft’s Chief Financial Officer for 15 years before she was promoted to the position of CEO in November of 2008. As CEO, Debbie oversees all facets of Hillcroft Services operations including but not limited to strategic planning, budgeting and financial monitoring, program sustainability as well as growth potential and opportunities. She has also served on the Board of Directors of INARF which is a statewide trade association for agencies who serve people with disabilities. Debbie also served on the Ability Indiana Board of Directors and the Arc Foundation Board of Directors. She is also a member of ICE/ARC (Indiana Council of Executives of the Arc). Debbie is passionate about leading an organization that provides people with disabilities opportunities for training and skill development in order for them to be thriving, contributing members of their communities. LeAnne Cole

LeAnne Cole is the Chief HCBS Officer at Hillcroft. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1995. She also holds a certification from the Academy of Certified Social Workers. LeAnne oversees the Behavioral Services Department, Music Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Creativity Unlimited, Home & Community Services, PAC and Respite, as well as the Employment Services program, Pre-ETS & vocational training program. She also supervises the administration of Hillcroft’s Reliable Transit and TRAM transportation services. These services work to improve the lives of consumers by helping them increase independence, and minimize behavioral challenges. LeAnne is known as the Hillcroft Cheerleader who likes to use humor and fun to create positive experiences for our clients to enable them to attain a quality life. Gina Davenport

Gina Davenport is the Chief ABA Officer.  Gina received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Indiana University in 2005. Gina received certificates in Basic Behavior Principals, Current Issues in the Behavioral Treatment of Autism, Professional and Ethical Issues, and Techniques in Applied Behavior Analysis; while completing the BCaBA certification courses from the University of Northern Texas in 2008. Gina completed her Master’s Degree in Special Education in 2011 from Ball State University.  Gina completed additional master’s level courses and received her BCBA in 2019 and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  She has been in the field of ABA/VB since 2005 as a Therapist, Trainer, Consultant and Clinic Director. Abby Halstead

Abby Halstead is the Chief Financial Officer at Hillcroft Services.  Abby graduated with her Masters of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2018. She leads the Accounting Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. As CFO, Abby is responsible for managing and reporting company financials, asset management, and serving as a resource to the agency and staff with a budgetary responsibility. She assures compliance with all financial, accounting, and auditing requirements contained in the organization’s contractual relationships. Additionally, she is responsible for overseeing administration of the company’s retirement account, all agency liability insurance coverage programs, and serves as a liaison for our HUD properties. Jessica Hammett

Jessica Hammett is the Chief Operations Officer for Hillcroft Services. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Ball State University. As the COO, Jessica is responsible for monitoring compliance with regulations including but not limited to Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services Policies, Indiana Administrative Code, Medicaid guidelines, fiscal audits, federal and state privacy laws and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities standards. Jessica provides oversight to the agency Human Resources department.  She maintains all agency policies and procedures, oversees the quality assurance program which includes conducting satisfaction surveys as well as monitoring all incidents, accidents, and illnesses within the agency while also overseeing Hillcroft’s IT department and phone systems and serving as the contact with an outside consulting firm.  Jessica investigates all complaints regarding the organization’s privacy policies and procedures, reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of individuals receiving services, as well as suspected intentional and accidental misconduct. Dan Wolfert

Dan Wolfert is the Vice President of Development and Marketing at Hillcroft Services. Dan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Stonehill College and his Master’s degree in Sports Administration & Facility Management from Ohio University. Dan also received his Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Dan oversees all development and marketing activities at Hillcroft as well as public and media relations including all social media activity. Prior to coming to Hillcroft, Dan spent many years working in professional baseball and high school athletics administration. Dan is a very active volunteer in the Muncie community while serving on several local boards including Muncie Rotary, Orchestra Indiana, Muncie Sports Commission, and the East Central Indiana Estate Planning Council. Dan was a 2017 “M” Magazine/Star Press “20 Under 40” Award recipient and is a Third Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus.
