Debbie Bennett, is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Hillcroft Services. Debbie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ball State University. Debbie served as Hillcroft’s Chief Financial Officer for 15 years before she was promoted to the position of CEO in November of 2008. As CEO, Debbie oversees all facets of Hillcroft Services operations including but not limited to strategic planning, budgeting and financial monitoring, program sustainability as well as growth potential and opportunities. She serves on the Board of Directors of INARF which is a statewide trade association for agencies who serve people with disabilities. Debbie also serves on the Ability Indiana Board of Directors and the Arc Foundation Board of Directors. She is also a member of ICE/ARC (Indiana Council of Executives of the Arc). Debbie is passionate about leading an organization that provides people with disabilities opportunities for training and skill development in order for them to be thriving, contributing members of their communities. Brad Lynn is the Chief Financial Officer at Hillcroft Services. He has a Bachelors of Science in Actuarial Science from Ball State University. He has also attained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Ball State University. Brad leads the Accounting Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. He also supervises Administration including client records, front desks duties and phone systems. Finally, Brad oversees Hillcroft’s IT department and their contact with an outside consulting firm. Jessica Hammett is the Chief Operations Officer for Hillcroft Services. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Ball State University. As the COO, Jessica is responsible for monitoring compliance with regulations including but not limited to Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services Policies, Indiana Administrative Code, Medicaid guidelines, fiscal audits, federal and state privacy laws and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities standards. Jessica maintains all agency policies and procedures to insure adherence to the various regulations. Jessica oversees the quality assurance program which includes conducting satisfaction surveys as well as monitoring all incidents, accidents, and illnesses within the agency. Jessica is also responsible for implementation of a web based documentation system at Hillcroft. Jessica investigates all complaints regarding the organization’s privacy policies and procedures, reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of individuals receiving services, as well as suspected intentional and accidental misconduct. Michael Whitlock is the Vice President of Business Operations. Michael has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management and has worked at Hillcroft Services since January 2002. Working with individuals living with disabilities has become a passion of Michael’s during his tenure at Hillcroft Services. Michael started as an Employment Consultant when first hired at Hillcroft Services and then to Service Coordinator of the Muncie Work Services program. In his current role, Michael oversees Hillcroft Industries, Supported Employment, and Transportation. He really enjoys being directly involved with clients in an effort to enrich lives. Michael is a graduate of Ball State University and Purdue University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree with the highest distinction. He brings to Hillcroft Industries educational training and applied experience in manufacturing and quality, holding positions at global companies such as Subaru of Indiana Automotive, General Motors, and JCB, Inc. Michael lead the development and implementation of Hillcroft’s quality management system to transition Hillcroft Industries into an ISO 9001:2015 registered organization with North America’s largest registrar, SAI Global. Michael has integrated Lean principles and quality tools such as 5S, standardized work practices, PDCA, root-cause analysis, kaizen, KPIs, and others. The new quality management system has helped produce improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and costs while achieving outstanding customer satisfaction at competitive prices. Dan Wolfert is the Vice President of Development and Marketing at Hillcroft Services. Dan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Stonehill College and his Master’s degree in Sports Administration & Facility Management from Ohio University. Dan also received his Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Dan oversees all development and marketing activities at Hillcroft as well as public and media relations including all social media activity. Prior to coming to Hillcroft, Dan spent many years working in professional baseball and high school athletics administration. Dan is a very active volunteer in the Muncie community while serving on several local boards. Dan was a 2017 “M” Magazine/Star Press “20 Under 40” Award recipient. LeAnne Cole is the Vice President of Quality Community Living at Hillcroft. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1995. She also holds a certification from the Academy of Certified Social Workers. Prior to joining the staff at Hillcroft, LeAnne spent 11 years providing outpatient mental health services to a variety of individuals and families in East Central Indiana. In her current role, she oversees the Behavioral Services Department, Music Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Creativity Unlimited, Residential Services, PAC and Respite, as well as Staff Development. Therapy Services works to improve the lives of consumers, help them increase independence, and minimize behavioral challenges. LeAnne is known as the Hillcroft Cheerleader who likes to use humor and fun to create positive experiences for our consumers to enable them to attain a quality life. Becky is the Vice President of Human Resources at Hillcroft Services. Becky has been a part of the Hillcroft family for over 31 years. Many of those years were also spent in a leadership role with Indiana Special Olympics for a six county area. Becky feels this is where she developed such a passion to see our clients succeed and enjoy life. She holds the SPHR Certificate (Senior Professional in Human Resources) as well as a CWCC (Certified Workers Compensation Counselor). Becky is excited about recruiting and hiring staff who fit within our culture of excellence. Seeing a staff person grow personally and professionally while enriching our clients lives is what drives the Human Resources department. Becky is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of all Human Resource functions, including oversight of staff training, staff orientation to the agency, workers compensation, benefits and compensation, FMLA, etc. Becky also oversees the facilities/maintenance and janitorial programs. Gina is the Vice President of ABA Services. Gina received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Indiana University in 2005. Gina received certificates in Basic Behavior Principals, Current Issues in the Behavioral Treatment of Autism, Professional and Ethical Issues, and Techniques in Applied Behavior Analysis; while completing the BCaBA certification courses from the University of Northern Texas in 2008. Gina completed her Master’s Degree in Special Education in 2011 from Ball State University. Gina is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, and has been in the field of ABA/VB since 2005 as a Therapist, Trainer, Consultant and Clinic Director.
