Title: Residential/Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Residential Services
Function: Provides care, supervision, skills training, direct support, instruction and assistance to persons living in Hillcroft Services residential programs.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previous paid or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Hold a valid Indiana driver’s license with an insurable driving record and proof of state required insurance on personal vehicle.
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as necessary to support clients in accessing the community.
  • Have a telephone in residence and/or be available by cell phone.

Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Employment Type: Exempt
Department: ABA Clinic
Function: Provides clinical supervision and management of behavior intervention programs and treatment plans for children with autism.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in psychology, special education, ABA or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with habilitation, ABA or other related therapies.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism and/or developmentally disabled.

Title: Transportation Driver (TRAM) for Anderson, In
Employment: Non Exempt
Department: Transportation
Function: The Transportation Driver, as assigned, will provide safe reliable transportation services to our clients and to all individuals riding our transit system. The role of this position is to provide “Door to Door” Service

Qualifications:

Title: Production Coordinator
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Hillcroft Industries
Function: Lead quality program, Maintain all pertinent information on contract work vendors/customer as well as information on time studies, job sheets, purchase orders, shipping specifics and other related correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business Administration, Industrial engineering, or related field-preferred. May substitute three years of experience working in an industrial/production based atmosphere.
  • Two years of previous paid management/supervisory experience is preferred.

Title: Shipping and Inventory Clerk for New Castle, In
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Hillcroft Industries
Function: Coordinate with Production Coordinator, DSP/HI, Shipping and Inventory Clerks at other facilities and Warehouse Coordinator to schedule contract work. Assist in maintaining inventory of parts as required by customer.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving work – preferred

Title: Direct Support Professional/Hillcroft Industries

Function: Responsible to implement production and non-work activities that will meet work services objectives of sheltered workers as identified in their plan.

Title: Transportation Driver for Muncie, In

Title: ABA Therapist
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Hillcroft ABA Clinic
Function: To provide direct individual and group therapy sessions to children with autisms. This includes but is not limited to the provision of therapy while on the floor, running after children, actively playing with the children and dealing with aggressive behaviors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in special education, education, psychology, social work or related field required. Previous experience working with children with autism or in the provision of ABA therapy preferred.
