Title: Direct Support Professional/Residnetial (DSP)

Function: Provides care, supervision, skills training, direct support, instruction and assistance to persons living in Hillcroft Services residential programs.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previous paid or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Hold a valid Indiana driver’s license with an insurable driving record and proof of state required insurance on personal vehicle.
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as necessary to support clients in accessing the community.
  • Have a telephone in residence and/or be available by cell phone.

Title: DSP/Residential Site Manager

Function: Is responsible for facilitating all facets of training, documentation and coordination of service delivery in the supported living home. This position will focus on life, leisure and academic skills training as dictated by each resident’s ISP/PCP.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent – required
  • Previous experience with MR/ID population (may documented volunteer time)
  • Previous supervision experience preferred

Title: DSP/Creativity Unlimited Instructor

Function: Responsible to implement daily instructional experiences for clients based upon the Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals. Follow and implement the components of the Day Service curriculum. Coordinate and develop community – based and/or facility – based learning or social experiences.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED plus one year work (either paid or documented volunteer experience) in service delivery to individuals who are developmentally disabled.

Title: Custodian

Function: Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial  cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines. Have ability to use ladders, dust and wash walls, cleans ceiling and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Must be able to lift #50 pounds

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diplomas or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 year experience in direct custodial duties – preferred

Title: Transportation Driver (Reliable Driver)

Function: The Transportation Driver, as assigned, will provide safe reliable transportation service to our clients and to all individual’s riding our transit system. The role of this position is to provide “Door to Door” Service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have ability to lift (50) pounds
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information

Title: Production Coordinator

Function: The Production Coordinator is the individual within the organization who, through the supervision of the Shipping and Inventory Clerks, Production Workers and Temps and involvement with other staff members, bears primary responsibility for the coordination of work flow throughout Hillcroft Industries, assists with the Quality Management System and manages customer service issues with outside customers

Qualifications:

Lean, Six Sigma, 5-S or other quality-related. Two year degree or related experience preferred.

Title: ABA Therapist

Function: Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions based on goals established in the treatment plan. Bachelor’s Degree in special education, education, psychology, social work or related field – required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in special education, psychology, social work, education or related field required.

Previous experience working with children with autism or in the provision of ABA therapy preferred but not required

All positions require the ability to pass background checks, which includes BMV, County criminal history, Indiana limited State criminal history, CPS registry, National criminal history, pre-employment drug screening, CSOM screening and clearance from the State Nurse Aid Registry and the EPLS & OIG Medicaid Fraud registry.
