Title: Residential/Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Residential Services
Function: Provides care, supervision, skills training, direct support, instruction and assistance to persons living in Hillcroft Services residential programs.


  • Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previous paid or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Hold a valid Indiana driver’s license with an insurable driving record and proof of state required insurance on personal vehicle.
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as necessary to support clients in accessing the community.
  • Have a telephone in residence and/or be available by cell phone.

Title: DSP/Residential Site Manager
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Residential

Functions: The Site Manager is responsible to the Residential QIDP/Program Manager for the supervision and training of residents participating in Hillcroft Service, Inc. supported living program. The Site Manager is responsible for facilitating all facets of training, documentation and coordination of service delivery in the supported living home. This position will focus on life, leisure and academic skills training as dictated by each resident’s ISP/PCP.


HS diploma or equivalent–preferred.

Previous experience with MR/ID population

Previous supervision experience prefer

Title: Receptionist – Part Time
Employment Type: Non-Exempt
Department: Administration
Function: Receives all in-coming calls and visitors. Takes messages, sends to voicemail and/or directs calls to appropriate staff/location Receives visitors and directs to the appropriate staff/location ensuring that they, along with all staff are wearing an I.D. badge.


  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • One year or more experience in business office performing clerical duties – preferred
  • Ability to utilize a computer with office software products.

Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Employment Type: Exempt
Department: ABA Clinic
Function: Provides clinical supervision and management of behavior intervention programs and treatment plans for children with autism.


  • Master’s Degree in psychology, special education, ABA or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with habilitation, ABA or other related therapies.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism and/or developmentally disabled.

Title: Transportation Driver (TRAM) for Anderson, In
Employment: Non Exempt
Department: Transportation
Function: The Transportation Driver, as assigned, will provide safe reliable transportation services to our clients and to all individuals riding our transit system. The role of this position is to provide “Door to Door” Service


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must have ability to lift (50) pounds
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information

Title: Production Coordinator
Employment Type: Non Exempt
Department: Hillcroft Industries
Function: Lead quality program, Maintain all pertinent information on contract work vendors/customer as well as information on time studies, job sheets, purchase orders, shipping specifics and other related correspondence.


  • BS in Business Administration, Industrial engineering, or related field-preferred. May substitute three years of experience working in an industrial/production based atmosphere.
  • Two years of previous paid management/supervisory experience is preferred.

Title: Vice President of Development
Employment Type:  Exempt
Department: Development & Marketing
Function: This position is responsible for planning and executing the development/fundraising opportunities as well as over site of staff responsible for public relations and marketing for the agency. The Vice President of Development will work with the CEO and Marketing Specialist for all fundraising projects, development and public relations activities to enhance the overall mission of Hillcroft Service Inc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in the area of fundraising or related field required with a minimum of three years’ experience in fundraising preferred. Minimum of five years’ documented experience in fundraising or related work experience may substitute for a degree. Two years grant writing experience preferred.

All positions require the ability to pass background checks, which includes BMV, County criminal history, Indiana limited State criminal history, CPS registry, National criminal history, pre-employment drug screening, CSOM screening and clearance from the State Nurse Aid Registry and the EPLS & OIG Medicaid Fraud registry.
