  • 2012 Ice Cream for Isanogel Card Sales

    Hillcroft Services is pleased to partner with 13 local ice cream businesses for the 2012 Ice Cream for Isanogel campaign. Ice Cream for Isanogel cards are $5 and provide by one get one free offers at Dairy Dream of Albany, Baskin Robbins of Muncie, Ivanhoe's in Upland, Ritter's Frozen Custard of Muncie, Dairy Queen of Muncie, Jerry's Dairy Freezer of Parker City, Tropical Shaved Ice of New Castle, Muncie Frozen Custard, Incredible Yogurt of Muncie, Grandma Betty's Ice Cream Shoppe of Muncie, Camack Station, The Island of Muncie, and Weenie World of New Castle.

    Ice Cream for Isanogel card proceeds are used to support Hillcroft's Art and Recreation programs.

  • 8th Annual Hilcroft Masters Golf Outing

    The 8th Annual Hillcroft Masters Golf Outing will be held on Friday, May 11th at The Player's Club in Yorktown.   • 2012 Disability Awareness Month Celebration

    Each March, Indiana celebrates Disability Awareness Month. Led by the Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities, the goal of Disability Awareness Month is to increase awareness and promote independence, integration and inclusion of all people with disabilities.

    Hillcroft Services partnered with Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler to lead Disability Awareness Month celebrations in Muncie through a Mayoral Proclamation and art reception. On March 2, Mayor Tyler welcomed the Muncie community to Mutual Bank as he proclaimed March as Disability Awareness Month. The reception also included the presentation and sale of artwork created by individuals with disabilities through Hillcroft Services’ art programs. Administrative Leadership Team

 

Debbie Bennett, is the Chief Executive Officer at Hillcroft Services.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ball State University.  Debbie served as Hillcroft's Chief Financial Officer for 15 years before she was promoted to the position of CEO in November of 2008.  She is also a member of ICE/ARC (Indiana Council of Executives of the Arc).  As CEO, Debbie oversees all facets of Hillcroft Services operations including but not limited to strategic planning, budgeting and financial monitoring, program sustainability as well as growth potential and opportunities.  Debbie is passionate about leading an organization that provides people with disabilities opportunities for training and skill development in order for them  to become thriving, contributing members of their communities.  She genuinely cares for all of Hillcroft's clients and staff.   To contact Debbie directly you may reach her at (765) 284-4166 ext. 201 or dbennett@hillcroft.org.

 

 

Janet Milazzo is a long term employee with Hillcroft Services who has 38 years of experience working with clients, staff, and families. She has fulfilled many roles within the agency, both in the children and adult service areas.  She is a graduate of Ball State University with a B.S. in Education.  She actively participates in the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (INARF) with a current position on their Training and Development Committee. During her tenure at Hillcroft she developed the first residential drop in service, initiated ICF/MR status for the agency’s group homes, completed the start up process for waiver services and wrote curriculum for teaching programs.  Her leadership skills and abilities have placed her in several director level positions with Hillcroft’s programs.   For the last eight years she has held the position of Chief Operations Officer providing oversight of all programs for the agency.  Her passion and sincere desire to have the best services for the clients and families served by Hillcroft continues to this day.  To contact Janet directly you may reach her at 765-284-4166 ext 103 or jmilazzo@hillcroft.org.

 

Brad Lynn is the Chief Financial Officer at Hillcroft Services.  He has a Bachelors of Science in Actuarial Science from Ball State University.  He has also attained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Ball State University.  Brad leads the Accounting Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.  He also supervises Administration including client records, front desks duties and phone systems.  Finally, Brad oversees Hillcroft’s IT department and their contact with an outside consulting firm.  Brad can be reached (765) 284-4166 ext. 204 or blynn@hillcroft.org.

 

 

 

Jessica Hammett is the Corporate Compliance Officer for Hillcroft Services.  She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Ball State University.  Jessica maintains a working knowledge of all required regulations for Hillcroft Services including, but not limited to regulations monitored by the Bureau of Quality Improvement Services, Medicaid surveys, fiscal audits, and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities standards.  As the Corporate Compliance Officer, Jessica oversees the implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program including overseeing the training and education regarding compliance standards, implementing the process for reporting incidents of alleged fraud, waste, and abuse and evaluating risks, procedures and controls.  Jessica investigates all reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of individuals receiving services as well as suspected intentional and accidental misconduct.  Jessica also monitors regular external surveys and audits and is responsible for ensuring that the agency implements corrective actions plans when it becomes necessary.  Jessica maintains an up-to-date library of all standards, regulations; certification and licensing required.  Jessica maintains all agency policies and procedures to insure adherence to the various regulations. To insure quality as well as compliance with regulations Jessica conducts unannounced mock surveys, inspections, audits and investigations to be sure Hillcroft is following all appropriate regulations.  Jessica oversees the quality assurance program which includes conducting satisfaction surveys as well as monitoring all incidents, accidents, and illnesses within the agency.    Jessica is also responsible for implementation of a web based documentation system at Hillcroft.   To contact Jessica directly you may reach her at (765) 284-4166 or jhammett@hillcroft.org or leave an anonymous voicemail related to an allegation of fraud, waste or abuse or abuse, neglect or exploitation at 765-281-6917 ext 180.
