EVENT OVERVIEW:
2023 marks the 70th anniversary in the rich history of Hillcroft Services, Inc. Our agency was founded as a nonprofit in 1953 by three local families who wanted to provide quality education and life experiences for their children with disabilities. Through that commitment, Hillcroft has grown exponentially over time and annually improves the lives of over 600 individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities across East Central Indiana.
On November 17, 2023, Hillcroft Services will celebrate our platinum anniversary at our annual Thanksgiving appreciation luncheon. This yearly event is normally held in a more private manner solely for our clients, staff, and a few select community award winners to celebrate our annual accomplishments as an agency. However, this year, in honor of our 70th year, we are choosing to open up our hearts and share our special birthday celebration at the Horizon Convention Center with the community that has been so supportive of our mission throughout our long history.
This birthday themed event will include a traditional Thanksgiving menu, an overview of the history of our agency, special recognition of a select number of dedicated clients, staff, generous individual donors, corporate partners, our annual client and community award winners, and a special performance by a few of our annual talent show winners!
This will be a great opportunity to share Hillcroft’s mission to those just learning about our services as well as those wishing to get reacquainted with all the amazing things we do every day in a devoted, supportive and positive way.
