The Altrusa Club is a group of women who have supported non-profit organizations in our community since 1925. Hillcroft was selected out of several other non-profits who summited grants for various needs. Hillcroft wrote a grant for Ipads to be utilized by clients in our Creativity Unlimited program. Having the Ipads will provide numerous benefits. It provides appropriate technology that is user friendly, and will open the door to independence, confidence, and interest in reading. They will also be used to form a reading group and creative writing group for clients to enjoy!
In the past, Altrusa has given out several small grants to many non-profits but this year they are awarding one non-profit. We are so excited to share with all of you that the Altrusa Club has awarded Hillcroft Services $10,000!
