LeAnne Cole, Vice President of Therapy Services
LeAnne Cole is the Vice President of Therapy Services at Hillcroft. She has a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1995. She also hold certification from the Academy of Certified Social Workers. Prior to joining the staff at Hillcroft, LeAnne spent 11 years providing outpatient mental health services to a variety of individuals and families in east central Indiana. In her current role, she oversees the Behavioral Services Department and Outpatient mental health services. Therapy Services works to improve the lives of consumers, help them increase independence and minimize behavioral challenges. LeAnne is known as the Hillcroft Cheerleader who likes to use humor and fun to create positive experiences for our consumers to enable them to attain a quality life. Mindy Flinn-Stull has worked for Hillcroft Services as a behavior specialist for three years. She has a bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University (IUPUI). As a behavior specialist Mindy develops and implements behavior support plans, including training or assistance in the appropriate expression of emotions and desires, acquiescence, assertiveness, acquisition of socially appropriate behaviors and the reduction of maladaptive behaviors. Mindy is also responsible for weekly/monthly observations of consumers and trainings with staff. She also assists in crisis intervention when necessary in addition to coordinating and attending appointments for our consumer's with their psychiatrists and/or counselors. As part of an interdisciplinary team Mindy reports information and updates at quarterly meetings, annual meetings, case conferences and is responsible for ongoing communication as well as consultation with the team. She is also certified in facilitation in Positive Behavior Supports training to new staff and annual review for current staff. Furthermore, mindy coordinates and facilitate Behavior Supports groups as consumer needs and patterns arise. These psychoeducational groups may include issues as social skills, problem-solving and sexuality, etc. currently Mindy facilitates workout groups for individuals with mobility issues on Wednesday's as well as facilitating a sensory group for individuals with Autism and/or sensory needs.
Leann Rector, Creativity Unlimited Manager
Leann Rector has a bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Health Science/Community Health. As a Creativity Unlimited Manager, Leann's main responsibilities include; interviewing, hiring, training employees, implementing individual support plans, planning, assigning, directing work, and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. She participates consistently in team conferences and works closely with the individual's case manager, behavior specialist, residential provider and any other staff outside of Hillcroft.
As a supervisor of the DSP/CU instructors she works to ensure that they are knowledgeable and trained in what Community Habilitation Integration (CHIO) seeks to accomplish. Her primary goal is to ensure the needs and preferences of the consumer art met, discussing with the consumer their interests, wants and plans that they may have, and helping them to achieve their goals. In Creativity Unlimited Leann feels that Community Habilitation Integration is such an important aspect for the consumers overall well being, allowing them to have individualized time, attention, and giving them the ability to be a part of the community.

Anna Wamhoff, MT-BC
Anna is a Board Certified Music Therapist and a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Music in Music Therapy. Her professional experience included work with children and adults with developmental disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and other related disorders. Anna has worked in the state of Indiana providing services through the Medicaid Waiver, and completed her music therapy clinical internship at Giant Steps, a school for children and teens diagnosed with Autism. Throughout her professional career, she has been involved in Parkinson's Support Group, the Eric "Ric Star" Winter Music Therapy Camp, and various community music therapy groups. Anna is a member of the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) and the Association for Indiana Music Therapy (AIMT).
