Hillcroft's Supported Employment staff prepare people with disabilities to meet the employment needs of East Central Indiana.

Our employment consultants have matched people with disabilities with local businesses for more than 20 years. Over 200 companies in Muncie and East Central Indiana have hired our dependable employees.

We prescreen according to the qualifications of each open position, offer on-the-job training for each employee and provide extended support as needed. Employers receive tax incentives for hiring the people we refer, and the process is free.

The people with disabilities we support have great work ethics and positive attitudes, so everyone wins when employers choose to hire through Hillcroft Services.
