Tom Donovan is the Administrator of Hillcroft Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Clinic.  Tom graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 1987.  He began as the Clinic Administrator in April 2010. Tom has over 20 years of experience in working with both children and adults with intellectual disabilities.  Over his tenure of working in the field of intellectual disabilities, Tom has significant experience in developing new programs as funding has become available.  These programs have included, day habilitation programs, supported living programs, community day programs for persons residing in nursing facilities and most recently the ABA Clinic at Hillcroft Services. Tom is excited about being a part of the ABA Clinic and what these services and supports will bring to families of children with autism spectrum disorders in East Central Indiana.  In his position as the Clinic Administrator, Tom is responsible for supervising the therapists, coordinating the intake process for new enrollments, monitoring the day to day operations of the clinic and ensuring that regulations are followed in all facets of the program.  Tom can be reached by calling 765-281-6918 or via e-mail at tdonovan@hillcroft.org.
