How does Hillcroft benefit our community?
In many ways! Hillcroft impacts our community economically and socially. The people we serve work and earn their own wages both in the community and in Hillcroft's three sheltered workshops. Their expenditures and work for local businesses fuel our economy. In addition, the people we serve volunteer at places like Minnetrista, Ball State University, the Cardinal Greenway and the YMCA. We give people with disabilities the resources and support to give back to their communities.

We help individuals increase their vocational skills while giving them an opportunity to earn a paycheck. We offer speech and developmental therapy for infants to age three and other programs for youth. We give individuals residing in nursing homes the opportunity to explore and socialize in the community. Most of all, we help the people we serve become independent and fulfilled so they can contribute to and thrive in society.
