Caring Arts Program in partnership with Ball State University Department of Counseling Psychology and VSA which provides children with emotional disabilities necessary creative outlets in the form of music, dance and visual arts for social interaction in a safe environment.  The program also offers a counseling dimension to learn effective coping strategies for their disabilities.
