Elizabeth Piazza
Vice President of Art and Recreation
Elizabeth Piazza, is the Vice President of Art and Recreation at Hillcroft Services. She has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Ball State University. Elizabeth holds professional membership with the American Camp Association(ACA) and serves as an Accreditation Site Visitor for the ACA Indiana Section. Elizabeth presented at the 2009 ACA Midstates Camping Conference in St. Charles, IL.
Elizabeth has served in a variety of leadership roles for individuals with disabilities including implementation of active treatment and coordination of services for children and adults within Hillcroft Services' Residential Program. In her current capacity, Elizabeth oversees all facets of Isanogel's summer camp and year-round recreation programs, Hillcroft's Art program under the umbrella of VSA Indiana, and coordinates the agencies grant writing efforts. Elizabeth is passionate about providing children and adults with disabilities opportunities to meet and achieve personal goals. She is also passionate about providing professional learning experiences for students studying in human service and allied health professions. Sarah Strom
Art and Recreation Coordinator
Sarah Strom is the Art & Recreation Coordinator for Hillcroft Services. Sarah is responsible for the planning and implementation of VSA programming as well as overseeing daily activities at Isanogel. She studied at Ball State University, with a major in Special Education and a minor in Dance. Her experience includes over 10 years with special populations in a variety of settings, both in leadership positions and direct care. Sarah is very passionate about being an advocate for people with disabilities as well as a strong proponent for providing diverse, quality programming accessible to all.
