Hillcroft’s Core Values and Employee Appreciation committees are both efforts that include a wide variety of Hillcroft’s employees and offer opportunities for everyone to become involved in leading the agency’s community. The Core Values Committee is known for offering solutions to challenges groups of staff may face. The Employee Appreciation Committee focuses its efforts on events, communication and recognition of employees’ hard work and dedication.
